This is a 3 bedroom family house, with living in landlord, fully furnished, in good condition and decorative order.

We have a set of strict rules to be followed, mostly regarding housekeeping (everyone contributes in the cleaning of all premises) and noise levels/hours for everyone benefit. We only accept professionals which work in day shifts.

please note this is a fully furnished room, you may bring all personal belongings except furniture. Special requests will be considered.

The rent is inclusive of all bills except Broadband (optional)charged separately at a rate of £10 a month.

The Area

• Bus station is 5m walk
• Andover Leisure Centre is approx. 20 minutes walk,
• Tesco is approx. 10m walk
• Town centre is approx. 20 minutes walk.
• Pub is 5m walk.

Visitors are allowed just in common areas (downstairs living room and garden)as far landlord is previously informed and at a reasonable frequency.

The bedroom is suitable for permanently employed professional person. We are looking for a clean, friendly, responsible and respectful person.

£300 deposit required plus one week in advance

PS: everyone will be considered regardless if first or last to express interest in the room. A selection process will take place after all viewings take place.
