The flat has been recently refurbished to a high standard. There is a shared bathroom and toilet - no en suite I'm afraid, but don't worry I'm very tidy and a clean freak!
You will also benefit from Sky and broadband in the flat.
I'm looking for a flat mate that is self sufficient, but someone who you can have a laugh with. Be able to go out and socialise with time to time. I would like a flat mate that has similar interests such as films, music and some sports - not an essential. Just overall someone that is easy to live with and can relax/chill with.
What I'm not looking for - someone who is unreasonably untidy, doesn't clean up after themselves, rude and unpolite. No couples please and absolutely no drugs.
The flat it situated 5 minutes drive away from the town centre in a quiet location.
