Looking for vegetarian flatmate Mon-Fri

Hi,

I am looking for a Monday to Friday lodger who is vegetarian or willing to not bring animal products into the house during the week.

You would be sharing with 2 females, both working, non-smokers. We are friendly and chatty but also happy to have someone here who just wants their own space.

The room available is a double room in a 3 storey townhouse. It is a newbuild house on a new estate not far from the big Tesco. It is a 22 minute walk to the train station and 16 minutes to the town. There is also a bus stop opposite. There is on-street parking available.

Rent includes all bills (council tax, TV licence, water bill, gas and electric, etc) and is £100 per week payable 2 weeks in advance. Deposit is £350. Broadband (unlimited) is due to be connected this month too (also included in price).

The room itself is fully furnished and has a small desk, a wardrobe, and a set of drawers in a dressing table (with mirror). The bed is a double bed (with storage) and the room is quite spacious. There is also a TV point in the room (you may want to bring your own small TV), although you are welcome to use the lounge too. You also have private use of the family bathroom which is just outside the bedroom. You would be the only person sleeping on that middle level of the house, so you do have a good degree of privacy.

We are both friendly people, although not really party-types. The area is residential and fairly quiet, and the neighbours all say hi i. e. it is quite a friendly area too.

You would need to be gay-friendly too.
