My name is Katie and I'm an HR professional with a newly decorated, stunning but homely house in Ash Vale, 30 seconds from local shops and surrounded by woodland.

The train station is a 10-15 minute walk and the M25/M3 are easily accessible. Aldershot and Farnham are both 5-10 minutes drive as is central Farnborough. Guildford is 15 minutes drive.

I'm looking for a housemate to rent a furnished double room and share the rest of the house with me. I am looking for a clean and tidy professional female. I'm pretty laid back and sociable and would like someone similar to rent the room. The room is available immediately.

The monthly rental includes a two-weekly professional cleaner and all bills (Water, Gas, Electricity, Broadband, Council Tax and TV Licence.)
