Double room with Shower and Sink, Village Location

A large double fronted three bed house in a cul de sac with fields behind the house (see photo attached of view from one of the windows in the room available).
All the rooms are large, there is a kitchen with all facilities, dining room and sitting room as well as a pantry and downstairs loo.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and the bathroom. The room that is available is duel aspect and has a shower room and a sink. The furniture in the room consists of a desk/ dressing table, king size bed, built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers (there are other cupboards available around the house should you need more).
The house has off street parking and a large garden as well as a garage.

I work from home so the third bedroom is my office. I have a black lab who is very well behaved. I am very laidback and friendly and am just really looking for someone to live in the house so that I don'™t rattle around in it by myself.
There is a good pub here and a village shop. Winchester and Andover are 8 miles away. two minutes from A303 and A34.
