Your Own Bedroom, Lounge & Bathroom In Modern Home

From 1st May 2015 there will be a double bedroom available that comes with your own private bathroom and your own private lounge to relax in within 'Limes Park' (otherwise known as Park Prewett) in Basingstoke. There is also a video of a tour of the house but this was taken some time ago and the decor of the rooms have changed a bit since (i also don't seem to be able to delete the video). The pictures on the advert are more or less up to date however. Viewing is recommended though!

- Details about your bedroom:

Your bedroom would be bedroom 3 on the floor plan. It includes a new wardrobe, double bed and chest of draws (that is not yet currently shown in the pictures but can be seen in another bedroom when you visit as is currently going through a change at the moment). This room is the green room in the pictures and is right next to your own bathroom.

- Details about your own private bathroom:

Your bathroom comes complete with bath, shower and sink. It has newly been decorated (new decor not seen in pictures) and has bathroom furniture to store your items in and is only a step outside of your bedroom!

- Details about your own private lounge:

Your lounge would be what is labeled as the study on the floor plan. It is currently a bedroom but is in the process of becoming a lounge. The lounge (that is a bedroom at the moment) can be seen as the orange room in the pictures. It will include a new TV complete with Sky, and a brand new sofa, side table and TV unit. It will also be newly decorated once completed.

- Details about the rest of the house:

Some parts of the house are for use by the landlord only. These include the downstairs lounge (decorated purple separate from your lounge) on the bottom floor and the downstairs cloakroom.

The rest of the house is shared that include the large back garden and decking area under construction at the moment (as has been expanded) and the kitchen where you will have your own freezer and cupboards to use. There is plenty of parking around the house and it is close to the hospital, has good transport links to town centre, train station, motorway, Reading and Newbury. No preferences with smoking but please note smoking only permitted in garden or balcony.

- Preferences:

1. Two people who live here are gay and another is bisexual so tenants must have an open mind about this.
2. Occupiers should be clean & tidy.
3. One of the landlords has varied shifts of work hence would prefer a lodger on the quieter side.
4. Someone that works Monday to Friday and does day time hours, not shift work.
5. Minimum stay would be someone willing to rent for at least 6 months please.

- What bills are included?

Everything is included in the price so no need to worry about bills!
