Hi there and thank you for looking! I have a single room on offer in my own 3 bedroom house, 5 minutes drive from the town centre. Myself and my other lodger are the only occupants here and both of us are very friendly.
Either males or females are welcome.
The room currently has a single bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
All bills included including WiFi but excluding my landline phone with the usual minimum of 1 months notice required prior to departure.
