The room is on a seperate upper floor with another bedroom, study and a bathroom/toilet. It features a double bed with mattress, wardrobe and a drawer.
You have use of the kitchen (including cooker, microwave, washing machine, plus your own cupboard storage and fridge-freezer), and also have access to high speed Virgin Media broadband.
The house is only 10 minute walk into Basingstoke Town Centre, and the Bus and Train stations.
Plenty of parking outside, and good road links to M3, M4, A30/303, and the mainline Railway station is just a short easy walk away.
