Snug double room - easy access to town and station

The room is a little snug due to the furniture that is currently in there - a double bed, desk with draws and shelves and a bed side draws unit. We'd be happy to change that around if required.

For the monthly rent of £425 you get the room with all bills covered. In the room as well as the above furniture is an open fire place, hanging space for clothes, cable television decoder and small flat screen television, DVD player, 60meg WiFi and radiator.

The whole house will be available to you (apart from the landlord's bedroom!) and this includes a bathroom with separate shower (in the same room), lounge with cable television, office/study, kitchen, dining room/conservatory and garden.

The landlords are a professional couple, both are interested in health and fitness. One is very into their rugby, the other Capoeira (Brazilian martial art). There is also a friendly young cat living at the house who you might be asked to feed from time to time.

(Should just point out that there is plenty of on-street parking)
