We are a few minutes drive from the M3 (J7) and Sainsbury's/Asda/Aldi etc. About 10 minutes drive into town.

Friendly, professional, respectable, working single mum (landlady) with two older teenage children (young adults) live at the property. We are sociable but also respect privacy.

The room is well maintained and tastefully furnished (bed/mattress/two built in double wardrobes offering plenty of storage space, desk/dressing table, relaxing chair, bedside tables etc) and has its own 32" flatscreen TV with BT Infinity wifi connection. Also own ironing board/iron/laundry basket etc. Good size newish en-suite bathroom with double length power shower.

The tenant will have shared use of the Kitchen/diner plus cooking eqt., utensils, cutlery, crockery etc) washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave etc. The tenant will have their own fridge/freezer and food storage cupboard as well.

The garden has a patio area and gas BBQ.

The ideal tenant would be a mature, clean, tidy, professional working person / University student, non smoking and will respect a family life environment. Preferably Mon-Fri let but not essential. It would NOT suit someone looking for a lively multi-person household or party-type atmosphere! Smoking outside of the property only is permitted please.

Terms of tenancy: one month's rent deposit, plus one month's rent payable in advance before/on day of move in by direct debit and thereafter on the first of the month.
