Single room in house in nice area

I have a single room available, preferably for someone who wants to stay in the week only.

My house is in a terrace of four, in a really nice quiet neighbourhood (sometimes I wonder where everyone is). I have allocated parking which is long enough for two cars and there is plenty of other parking around. There's a supermarket a 10 minute walk away and the bus stop is at the end of the road.

The room is a sunny, clean single room. The kitchen is of a decent size and there's plenty of space for sharing. I have a garden with a brand new shed so that could be useful for bike storage.

Bills and broadband included apart from outgoing phonecalls.

In September I changed career to retrain as a teacher (hence needing the lodger). Between that, a part time job and things I already do in the evenings we're not going to be in each other's pockets. I think I'm quite easy to get along with and I don't get uptight about the washing up!

I love animals so if you have one that wouldn't be a deal breaker.
