Smart, spacious 3 storey town house to share, this would suit a professional person who is both friendly and respects privacy. I'm not in rush and interested in the right person to house share with. It's a spacious 3 bedroom house but I shall only be renting out one room so there is a spare single room for occasional overnight guests, friends or family.

Fully furnished, recently decorated double room and majority use of an adjacent family bathroom as I have ensuite. The bedroom. has a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a desk can be made available. There is no TV in the bedroom but this could be provided. there is a TV and DVD in the lounge. Sheets and towels can be provided.

In addition to 2 bathrooms, There is a further cloakroom on the ground floor. The house has a fully equipped kitchen diner with all mod cons, separate fully equipped utility room with washing machine , large airing cupboard for drying. There is a smart lounge, further spare single bedroom. Garden with garden furniture and BBQ facilities. There is parking on the road ( it is a cul-de-sac in a good area, or on the drive for a small car). Space for bike in shed and some additional storage available.

Professional, quiet neighbourhood., just off junction 7 of the M3 .Bus stop at the end of the road, 1 minute walk with a regular service into Basingstoke. Near by Supermarket, GP and Dental Surgery. Basingstoke town centre is approx 3 miles away. There is beautiful countryside, park and golf course next to the estate.

Other:
There are two rescued cats in the house, no access to the rented bedroom and in the utility room at night. So you must be OK with pets. I work a very full 5 day week and enjoy life . The £450 includes bills, regular evening and weekend Phone calls are covered with BT contract. Fast broadband internet connection.

Can do Monday to Friday for reduced rent of £350 per PCM

Deposit of half a months rent, 1 months rent and one months notice or 2 weeks rent and 2 weeks notice in advance.
