Small single furnished room

I have a lovely newly decorated small single room to let in a very clean tidy spacious house . Full use of the kitchen, dining room , utility room and bathroom with electric shower , Wifi and use of the garden . Lots of parking next to the house and only a 5 min drive into Basingstoke town or bus stop outside the house with a regular service into town .
I'm looking for a mon -fri let only all bills included and room cleaned daily and bed changed weekly and clean towels weekly .
I'm a live in owner .
This let would suit a professional worker who's looking for somewhere to stay in the week .
