Its a 4 bedroomed house in Beggarwood right next to a lovely field and a 30 sec walk from the local Co-Op. The bright ensuite room is on the first floor and consists of 2 double wardrobes, 2 drawers sets, new double bed, mattress, TV with freeview (can be upgraded to sky if willing to pay). I have also added a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster so youre pretty much self contained. I am currently offering the use of another bedroom as well for another £50 although this is negotiable.....this contains a sofa and desk....ideal for someone who wanted a proper sitting area or desk space. .

There is a side entrance to the house which is for your use only. You have full use of the garden, its very nicely landscaped and lovely in the summer. Use of washing machine and airer available. Fast Speed broadband inc in the price and all bills exc landline.

Parking avail outside the property, bike storage avail, on local bus route to town every 15 mins. Local shop, chemists, doctor and dentist 30 secs walk! Main Sainsburys and retail park within walking distance or 2 min drive. Quick access to M3 jnc 7.
