Double room in Spacious Modern Ground floor Flat

Due to the fact that the room for rent is in my home and we will be sharing space I am ideally looking for someone that I can get along with rather than just anyone, to make life comfortable for the both of us.
So having a profile before contacting me for a viewing is a must !!! I have had a lot of interest on the place and people asking for a viewing without me knowing anything about who I am letting into my home, I don't want to waste my time.
I am a sociable person, I'm easy to get on with, bubbly personality, I like to go out from time to time, I love watching TV (mainly reality rubbish lol)
I may have friends round once in a while and my boyfriend will come round every so often also. For the most part I am pretty chilled out and quite homely and just take things easy and don't live an overly busy lifestyle.

About the Place ....

Flat is located in the New build estate in Black Dam / Viables.

ALL Bills Included. Including a fortnightly Cleaner.

The Room for Rent is mostly Furnished but ready for you to fill as you wish for your comfort. Rest of the place is fully furnished.

Flat is on the ground floor and consists of 2 bedrooms.

Although the Room for rent does not have en-suite, The main Bathroom will primarily be yours apart from the occasional use of the toilet as I have my own bathroom in my room. Bathroom has a bath and built in shower head.
Large lounge fully furnished with plenty of seating fitted with Broadband/WIFI and Sky.
A small kitchen off the side of the Lounge. Kitchen has all the amenities and white goods including I a dishwasher just very small not very spacious .
Flat includes communal garden which we are free to use at any time.
There is plenty of parking around the Flat and has good transport links to town Centre & train station.
No preferences with smoking but please note smoking only permitted in the Garden.

I do have a dog, a 6yr old Staffordshire bull terrier male. Please don't let the bad publicity of his bread put you off as he is the most loving affectionate dog and wants nothing more than attention. He loves people and is honestly so loveable.

Looking for a clean, tidy, professional, easy going, friendly person that enjoys relaxing and socialising with friends. Would prefer a house mate that appreciates work as don't want noise throughout the night on week days. I have no issues with people that are into clubbing/partying and likes that life style as long as it is considered when at home.
I am a sociable person and will have friends over from time to time and am happy for you to have friends/partner over also. I only ask that you are considerate with this.
