All mayor bills are included Council Tax, Water bills, TV license, etc except energy bill sharing on equal basis through a pre-paid card which varies between 3 to 6 per week depending on the month of the year

The let is only for single person and you can have occasionally non smoking visitors as it is a non smoking house!.
Free off road car park at the rear of the house is available
