My fiancé and I own a 4 bed 3 story house. We are offering a double ensuite room on the top floor from 1st August 2014. Our current lodger moves out in June. He was with us for 10 months.
We have a pet rabbit who lives in the garden. When we are away our neighbours look after her, and have keys to the house, and will enter when required to care for her.
The room is fully furnished.
60mg broadband is included.
We would prefer to offer the room for MON - FRI at this time. To reflect this we have dropped the current monthly rent from £650 to £500, however, we are willing to be flexible with this for this right person.
