Very quiet area of Basingstoke, plenty of parking, nice garden for when the weather is good! The room is a good size for single person with plenty of storage and many amenities within in a five minute walk, including, shops, Chinese, Indian & Pizza Express. Journey to the town centre is 15 minutes by bus or five minutes in a car. We are looking for a Mon-Fri professional (not bothered if you work nights or shifts) you are more than welcome to share the living area with us, but we will not be offended if you prefer your own space. As we smoke we would prefer a smoker.
