Furnished Double in Old Basing

Furnished double room in a very spacious flat. Single occupancy only. Pics don't do the room justice.

The current housemates are sociable and happy to share a few drinks and cook for each other. We understand that everyone needs their own space but are not looking for someone who will be held up in their room the whole time.

All bills are included, including fibre. The flat has a large lounge and large kitchen with gas hob, heaps of storage, washing machine and tumble dryer. Garden with patio, bbq/fire pit and shed.

There is limited off street parking, ample on street parking and garages close by are available for rent off the council.

Parade of shops 100m down the road. Four good pubs and Co-op within walking distance. The town centre and large Tesco are a short drive away or 30min walk.

There is a bus stop outside the front door for bus into town. The A30, A33, M3 J5 and J6 are all close by.
