Furnished Double Room in friendly 3 bed house

We are looking to rent out our spare double furnished room in our family home. It has a double bed plus built in wardrobe and cupboard spaces. It also has Large widescreen TV and NOW TV (Movies & Entertainment included) It's a good sized large double room. You will have access to the shared bathroom with bath/shower, kitchen, living room, dining area and gardens. There is free parking outside the property and bills will be included. We have hi speed Broadband, Gas heating and electric, washing machine, Sky movies. Living there is currently myself, my fiance and our 2 little boys. We speak english but also a little Lithuanian as my fiance is from there and we are trying to teach them both languages! We also have a cat who goes out most the time. We live in winklebury Basingstoke which is next to the leisure park and close to town and station. Its a lovely quiet location but close to lots of ameneties.
We are looking for a female or 2 female non-smokers. We would prefer someone who wasn't a party animal as we have little ones around the house. Preferably someone who doesn't mind children and is easy to get on with. We are really easy going and sociable too and have both lived in houseshares for quite a few years now so used to sharing. Rent, let period and move in date negotiable with the right tenant. Foreign students welcome. We look forward to meeting you :)
