I am looking to rent my spare double room (10'2" x 9') with a large window overlooking the rear garden.

The house is Semi- detached; located in a quiet col-de-sac location, 1/4 mile from the Ring Road and on a regular no. 6 bus route. It is clean, tidy and well decorated.
