Single Room in 3 Bedroom End Terrace Available

Hello, I'm looking a student or professional person who is music loving, fun loving, easy going person who likes to have a laugh to share my home. The house is a 3 bed end terrace with shared bathroom, downstairs loo, washing machine and tumble dryer. You must like animals as I currently have 5 guinea pigs and 5 chinchillas. I'm a friendly and caring younger at heart full-time Mum to my 21 month old son who is very well behaved(most of the time!)who sleeps through the night, has done since he was 2 months old! Non-smoker preferred but if you do smoke there is a no smoking policy in the house. The room will be newly decorated. It will be furnished with bed, desk and chest of drawers, bed side light(but I can provide the room unfurnished if you prefer your own stuff). I use Virgin media broadband and Freeview tv channels, a connection will need to be set up in the room. It has a large built in cupboard and wardrobe. There is parking to the rear of the property or in the lay-by at the side of the house and room to store a bike in the garage if you wish. You're welcome to spend time in the shared lounge and back garden which is south facing, a real sun trap. There is easy access to Basingstoke Town Centre and train station which is a short bus ride away with the No 6 bus(£3. 60 return) or from the Shuttle Bus, every 10 -15 mins(£2 single/return) which stops at the leisure park just 10 mins walk away. The leisure park comprises of a bowling alley, swimming pool, ice rink, cinema and bingo hall as well as Ben & Jerry's restaurant, Beefeater pub, Mcdonalds, KFC and Milestones Museum. There is a cafe, newsagents, chemist and doctors surgery 2 minutes away as well as a co-op supermarket a short walk away. The room is available on a Monday to Friday(4 nights) but Monday to Sundays(7 nights) may also be considered. Deposit will be 1 months rent plus 1 months rent in advance. The room will be available from 1 September 2014 this is subject to change and may be available as soon as 1 June 2014.
