Large Single Room for Rent in Shared House

Hi

I am a single male living in a spacious 2 bedroom house on Limes Park. The property is very well appointed and is clean and modern throughout.

The room on offer is a large single room with north facing aspect looking out over the large, well maintained and landscaped garden. It has a large built in wardrobe with hanging room and shelves. It is furnished, although if you require it to be unfurnished thats fine.

The rest of the house consists of an open plan sitting area through to a well sized modern kitchen/diner, with washer/dryer and dishwasher. The upstairs shared family bathroom is a good size and has a bath/shower combo. There is also a downstairs WC.

All shared areas are cleaned on a bi-weekly basis by a professional cleaner and the cost for this is included in the rent.

All bills including Sky (movies and sport too), WiFi, council tax, energy etc.

The garden is well sized and has a large shed that you can put bikes in etc. Parking is off street in a private parking area (space for 2 cars, 1 for you, 1 for me).

The house is top quality and well worth the money. Limes Park is a very nice place to live. I am right behind the hospital and there is a Co-Op and Costa within 5 minutes walk.

I am looking for a young male professional to join me, as long as they are respectful, honest and reliable. You are welcome to bring partners to visit/stay but unfortunately they will not be able to move in.

I'm afraid there are no pets and no smokers.

About me: I am a 25 year old IT professional, working "normal" hours. I am pretty quiet, into playing classical guitar, sailing and reading. I would prefer someone who isnt a "party animal" but that is my only request.
