Includes all bills including excellent WiFi. Memory mattress, new linen etc..

Based in a quite, friendly estate within Winklebury, parking is very easy, there are bus stops opposite which go all over basingstoke. I am close to the Ring Road so easy access to A34, A33, A30 and M3 etc. Located within walking distance to the Odeon, ice rink, the gym and bowling alley. The town centre and train station is just under 2miles and there is a path. Very close to the hospital.

The bathroom consists of a power shower, bath, sink and storage. There is a separate toilet and both are 99% for your use as I have my own. The toilet is shared with visitors on the odd occasion.

I am a friendly 38yr professional female looking to rent the room to a professional male (preferred). The person taking the room must like animals as I have a (dare I say it!) well trained small dog (non moulting and not allowed in the lodgers' room) He comes everywhere with me so rarely left at home. Although he is now 7yrs old he was miss treated as a puppy when I rescued him so he is nervous of new people. Due to this the right person will be patient until he gets to know you.

Due to my dog and rabbits I cannot accept pets. Single occupation only, sorry NO couples or DSS.
