All bills included (no landline). Sky in shared lounge - limited channels (no Sky sports or movies). Freeview in all bedrooms. 20Mb uncapped broadband shared throughout house.

Weekly cleaner to clean communal areas. Cleaning products for communal use supplied by landlord. Clean and tidy housemate preferred.

Must love dogs. We have an elderly black Labrador. No other pets allowed.
