Very Big Double room in brighton hill in a quiet area, grass to front and back of house and down grange is a short walk away , also is asda and anything else you would need.

MUST LIKE CATS as allthough not in this room we do have them.

Must tidy and keep room and bathroom clean after use and wash your dishes each day

Shower and toilet is right next to the room.

fibre internet connection WiFi access.

Prefer weekday people with own home elsewhere and references will be checked but glad to do all week if acceptable.

No overnight guests

Washing and ironing and IT work can be provided and possible cooked food depending on what you need

High speed fiber internet, sky can be upgraded to extra box at your cost.
