Room is available Monday evening to Friday morning only. Large double room for rent, with access to shared bathroom, dining room/kitchen. Self catering.
All bills included except for use of land line. Fully furnished, double bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. Alarm clock, free view TV with DVD player (included). Towels & bedding - provided. Room will be cleaned/hoovered and bedding/towels changed at weekends. No laundary facilities are provided.
No home workers, would suit a daily commuter who is ideally away from the house between 8am to 7pm. NB Close to M3, within walking distance of local train and bus station. The premises gives easy access to London, Southamapton, Reading etc.
