Property is five minute drive into town centre (15 minutes on foot) and within easy reach of local amenities. Easy access bus route with buses into town centre up to four times an hour. Train station in town centre with direct trains to London Waterloo (under an hour) every 15 minutes or less.
Conveniently located for easy access to junction 6 of M3, A33 (Reading road), A339 (Newbury road) and A30 for Hook business parks.
Room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. High speed fibre broadband is available within the house. House is furnished with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and high pressured shower (and bath). Off street parking available.
I'm a non smoking professional working in Basingstoke, who is quiet and respectful of others, and looking for the same qualities in a lodger.
There are two cats who also live in the property.
