Available now, a double room in a comfortable spacious house located in a picturesque, quiet, no-through road on the outskirts of Old Basing with a big well-equipped kitchen, a large garden and off road parking.

This room is also available as a Mon-Fri let which would suit a mature professional who needs a place to stay during the week and feel at home.

The room includes a double bed (for single occupancy), fitted wardrobes, drawers, small desk and a bedside table. Its not en-suite but the bathroom is only shared with one other person and its availability is never a problem.

There is also a home gym with a treadmill and rowing machine available for use.

I am situated within easy access to the town centre, Junction 6, and close to many amenities including a local shop within 5 minutes walk. Bills included except mainline phone.
