Hi. I'm looking for someone to share my 2 bedroom flat for 9 months. I am moving to Sheffield to go to university full time in July.

I'm a professional, 27 yr old, female. I work shifts in Winchester. I am hardly ever at the flat as i visit family away and work nights. So there would be free rein of the flat most of the time.
Room would suit a single professional male/female.

Flat is on 2nd floor. Very quiet area. Lots of off street and on street parking.
Close to M3, M27, Southampton, Eastleigh. Swaythling train station and bus links 2min walk.
Straight onto M3 for Winchester, London, and M27 for Portsmouth.
Close to local convenience stores and takeaways and pubs.

Room can be furnished or unfurnished.

Shared bathroom, large lounge and kitchen, electric shower over bath.
Large fridge freezer, washing machine and gas oven (brand new as of 22/9).

Rent includes all bills - water, gas, electric, phone line (not calls), council tax, TV licence, wifi and sky.

Storage available in an outside garage.
