Beautiful rooms in large house in Bassett

I have 2 recently decorated and carpeted 2 light and airy rooms in our spacious house in Bassett with distant views (Room 1)
Room 1 is a double room currently with a single bed which can be changed to a double if preferred. It has ample wardrobe space, desk (dressing table), chair and large chest of drawers.
Room 2 is a single room with desk (dressing table),chair, chest of drawers and spacious fitted wardrobe.
The shared bathroom is recently re-furbished with new power shower and bath and kept very very clean. There is a second lounge/dining room mostly for lodgers use which has 2 comfy armchairs, dining table & chairs and new television There is a shared large kitchen with breakfast table area and ample cupboard space, lodgers own fridge separate laundry area with a shared deep freeze. Also a large hall with gallery landing. In fact walking about there is a feeling of space. The house has recently been mostly decorated throughout in shades of white and there is lots of room for all to move about. There isn't any off road parking but always space outside on the quiet road. The big garden is a joy in summer to sit out and enjoy a cup of tea or meal, and the front garden welcomes you when you arrive home
The house is 2 minutes from the bus route and link to motorway also close to hospital and university
The lodger we would like would be friendly, thoughtful clean and tidy. I do believe that once viewed the delightful rooms would be snapped up!
