Sharing a bathroom with just one other person (a female) as the live in landlord has their own space and facilities on the top floor.

Perhaps well suited to a professional person who wants a quiet stress free environment.

Would consider a sensible student or a week day only arrangement...

Note: Their is no parking outside the house as all the parking spaces are allocated. How ever their are multiple parking options very close by.

There is a bus stop on the Avenue handy just at the end of the drive way.
