Double room available

I have a spacious double room available for respectful, clean, fun, sociable, working professional in a lovely big detached house in a good location.

I live here and look after the property/rooms but I do not own the property

We have a mix of M/F Lodger’s here, a girl would he preferred to keep the balance :)

We have a friendly relaxed atmosphere here with a big front and rear garden with decking area, shared parking spaces on the drive and on street parking , Wifi internet, Sky Tv in the big comfy Lounge, the property also has 3 bathroom/shower rooms. The room available is upstairs in the property and shares the main bathroom with separate shower.

There is a pool table and I have built a good size gym that is available to be used at my discretion, the garden has a very large decked area with furniture.

The rooms here are Individually furnished with a bed, mattress and some storage.

We are a clean friendly bunch who laugh a lot, 2 guys and 2 girls of mixed ages between 22-34.

We all have different schedules including some shift workers so it can be very peaceful at times otherwise we hang out together occasionally, eat together occasionally and watch films etc. The house is a good enough size to not get in each other’s way and it's still quiet and plenty of room to have your own space :)

The location is great, just seconds from the a3/a27

One other thing, we have a 3 year old very friendly and well trained short haired dog, so must be a dog lover. He's playful and very affectionate so makes a great little house mate.

These rooms are in quite high demand so please send me an email with some details and bit about yourself. I like to let my lodgers have a say in who they live with so we would need to arrange a time to come view and say hi.

It's £515 PCM for the room and it's all bills included.

Deposit is 1 months rent.

The room is for an individual and not for couples.
