As of the 1st October for single occupancy, room approx 11ft x 12ft with double bed, storage space, wardrobe and chest of drawers. No use of home phone and no smoking. Road parking in quiet area. It's a very relaxed house, must like cats though as dopey one in residence! The house is a 5 min drive to Eastleigh train station and approx 3 miles to Southampton Airport. Easy access to M27 and M3. Short bus route to Eastleigh and walk to local shops, post office and pub. Wireless broadband available, definitely no illegal downloading in the house. Shared rooms - bathroom, kitchen and dining room. Kitchen is fully equipped and fridge freezer to be shared along with kitchen cupboards. New bathroom white goods. I am looking for a friendly professional person to share my home with, no DSS. Rent to be paid per calendar month and deposit is one month's rent in advance.
