I have a large double room to rent in a 2 bedroom semi detached house in Bishopstoke, available from the 1st September 2018.
The room has built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a double bed. It is about 10/15minutes walking distance of Eastleigh train station and the M27 and M3 are easily accessible. You would be sharing with a 34 year old professional lady and 4 house rabbits.
Rent to include council tax, water, broadband, gas, and electric. I would prefer to find someone looking for Monday-Friday (£375 per month), but open to 7 days a week for the right person. Also happy to take short term.
