Furnished double room in modern and tidy house!

I have a furnished room to rent in my two bed house from approx. August 2015. The house was only built a few years ago so has all new furniture and is nice and modern throughout. The room is light and airy with double windows and a large amount of storage. There's a huge built in double wardrobe with a clothing rail plus shelving, and there are slide out storage drawers under the bed. The room is currently furnished with a double bed, curtains, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

The house has a garden with lawn plus decking which is a real sunspot, perfect for BBQs! Kitchen has a fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. On-street parking is available on a quiet residential road overlooked by the house.

The lounge has a 42inch TV (with iplayer/catch up etc) plus AppleTV, Sonos system etc, and more importantly the sofa is really comfy!

Only a 15/20 minute walk from Eastleigh train station and town centre. There's also a bus stop just round the corner with a regular bus service to Southampton and Eastleigh if you don't fancy the walk. There's a Tesco Express, Co-op, takeaways etc five minutes away.

The rent includes all bills (water, electric, gas, unlimited Broadband, Council Tax etc).

I'm a relaxed fun person but am often out and about and commute to London for work in the week (which means I'm out all day and occasionally stay in London in the evening)and I currently work Saturdays, so I do enjoy relaxing and having a bit of quiet time when I'm at home(although I am out a lot in the evenings too), so after a like minded housemate who enjoys a natter/socialising but also their own space. I do also like the place to be kept clean and tidy (who doesn't!).

Mon-Fri lodgers can also be considered for reduced rate.
