We have furnished room available in our house sharing facilities with other friendly working people of different nationalities. Very clean. Gas central heating and double glazed. Price is inclusive of water, gas, electric, community tax and internet and communal area cleaner and has the use of a lovely sunny garden with BBQ, chiminea, pond, smoking shelter, bike storage etc.
We are 5 minutes from Southampton center and shops etc. and close to M27. Please note we have no off road parking but permit parking is available nearby. We are on the main bus route and two minutes from local train station.
We are looking for a working, friendly person or mature student. 25 onwards. We are a family business and live on site.
