This is a friendly and sociable house, we all get along well here and would happily welcome one new room mates. We are all professionals and we are looking for one new tenant to move in for the beginning of January .
We enjoy going out as a house, and the tenant moving will be sadly missed, therefore we're looking for people who like doing things as a house!
The house is in a very nice area near Bitterne triangle, and a stone throw away from the riverside park. Close to the town centre which is a short bus/bike ride away. There are plenty of local shops and supermarkets nearby. All you could ever need at your door step!
The rent is £400 per month and it is £400 deposit. This does include all bills. Wifi is also available throughout the house.
