Superb room in a flat in Bitterne

Available all week from Jan. 13, 2014 for 6 months+.

Double room available in a furnished flat in the Bitterne Manor area. The room is available from the 13th of Jan 2014, however this is flexible and could be earlier by arrangement. I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is leaving in Jan to move for work.

The room is fully furnished and well looked after. The flat is located on the first floor of a waterfront development just next to Northam Bridge in the Bitterne Manor area. It's a two bedroom, two bathroom flat - the room on offer is a double room - the bathroom is not en-suite but is adjacent to the bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, two bedside cabinets, a bookcase and a large wardrobe with two drawers underneath. The bathroom has a toilet, a sink with storage unit and a full size bath with mixer tap and shower head. You will have sole use of this bathroom as the other bedroom has an ensuite shower room.

The rest of the flat is also fully furnished with good quality furniture. The kitchen is well equipped, with oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. There's plenty of storage available in hallway cupboards. The living room has full length windows, two sofas, dining table and two large desks/tables and is a really nice room to spend time in. The flat also has a balcony which is accessed from the ensuite bedroom.

Parking is available - there is one (shared) allocated parking space for the flat. There are other spaces available too, so it's not normally a problem. There's also a secure outside building for bikes, etc.

You would be sharing with a early-twenties male professional who works in Southampton. Sky TV and broadband is available if required. Bills are quite reasonable - council tax is payable and electricity, water and broadband bills are relatively low. Non-smokers please, and unfortunately no pets are allowed.

Rent is £375 pcm. It is managed by the flat agency so there will be some fees payable for referencing, etc.
