Hi there, I am a teacher with a double room available for rent within my home. I'm ideally looking for a female, young professional or mature student.

Rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax etc) unlimited broadband and Netflix! There is free parking outside the property and on nearby roads.

The property has a lovely garden and there is garage storage for bikes.

I have a pet cat who is very friendly and loves attention!

The double room includes: double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

Location: The M27 is easily accessible within a 3-5 minute drive. There is a regular bus service that departs from the end of the road into Southampton. Supermarkets are within close proximity as well as Pure Gym.
