A contemporary modern, very clean and inviting house that is well organised. A friendly and sociable environment, but we also respect each other’s privacy. Each room comes fully furnished, with wardrobe. The room will also include spot lights on a dimmer switch.

Open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. A large conservatory opens out onto the decked garden. Broadband is available in the house with Sky in the room (optional). Plenty of street parking and only 5 minutes walk away from the bus stop, Bitterne train station, Bitterne precinct with a 24 hr gym and local shops. Close accesses to the M27.

As a whole we are a healthy bunch, hobbies include, cycling, gym, music and good food. We often gather round the breakfast bar for some quality chit chat : ))
