Fully furnished double room £105 per week in modern house, with allocated parking. (Couples £125) There is an additional £10 per month for shared cleaning products ie kitchen and toilet cleaning.

All bills are covered within the rent, and include Sky TV (with Sports and Movies) plus unlimited Broadband.

Amenities include, washing machine, dishwasher, Microwave, oven and hob, fridge/freezer. Plenty of storage, off road parking, garden with shed.

The "family" bathroom is shared by the two lodgers, there is also an additional cloakroom downstairs.

The house is very modern being only 4 years old. It's on a major public transport route, with buses to Southampton City Centre every 15 minutes. Some 12 miles from Southampton, a 5 minute drive from the sea, and a 5 minute walk from the New Forest.

We are a couple, but enjoy company.

We have a lively two year old dog, Nd a quiet three year old dog, who are kept away from the lodgers, unless they choose to play with him.

Visitors are welcome (but not every night please).
