Double room in Bordon

Hello,

I have a lovely sized double room availble in my ground floor flat in Bordon. The property has a shared living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and one further bedroom. There is a garden out front which is currently being landscaped, and a cortyard at the back which has two storage sheds suitable for a bycicle and has space to hang washing when the weather is nice.

I am a single female who works with disabled chilren monday to friday. I have one kitten, you would not have to do anything to care for him. There is lots of parking availble right outside the front door.

The room has a double bed and mattress, a chest of draws and a hanging rail.

I would ask for some referances from people who have known you a while just so i can get a good sense of your character.

I'm a very friendly, easy person to get one with. I'm in a drama group in Petersfield so am often out during the week at rehearsals.

I'm looking for someone clean and tidy who I hope i will get along with. I would like you to feel welcome in the whole house and not feel you have to stay in your room!
