Spacious single room in clean modern house

Spacious fully furnished single room with plenty of storage and parking available. Based in Calmore it has easy access to the motorway and a 15 minute drive into Southampton center with a bus stop outside the front door. The house is clean with all mod cons incuding dishwasher and tumble dryer. I am looking for a 3rd person to share my home with. The right person should be a working professional, have a good sense of humor and be clean & tidy. I have a very friendly cat so a animal lover would be preferable. Inclusive of all bills with unlimited wfi and a cleaner once a week.
