Extra storage available if required in box room.
House consists of lounge, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. There is also a small front garden and large back garden.
Wireless internet, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and basic Sky TV (including BT sport) in house.
Parking available on road.
The area is quiet with easy access to the city centre, New Forest and M27. The local Tesco express in 2 minutes walk away and 2 supermarkets and Totton Centre are with 10 min drive.

NB 2 cats also live here - they are very friendly but if you're allergic that's obviously not a good thing!

£400 pcm all bills included.
Half a months rent required as a deposit (£200).
