The room has a kingsize ottoman bed and memory foam mattress, very large built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bookshelf, desk chair and a double settee. Aerial and wired LAN point. Unlimited wifi. Share modern bathroom and living room with other tenants. Living room has TV, netflix. Live in landlords are a retired couple with their own living area, and bathroom .
Kitchen has usual amenities, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, own food cupboard, cooker, microwave etc High speed fibre optic broadband, free on road parking. All bills included.
Current tenants are professionals, very pleasant and friendly people. Looking for a clean tidy laid back individual who will fit in with our current tenants. Needs to be reasonably social but independent.
