I have an en-suite room in a modern house in a private cul de sac road with safe off road parking. Room has own 32 " TV,. Close to station, local shops and major supermarkets Waitrose/ Asda and M3. Share kitchen, good size fridge/ freezer and lounge.
Suit professional, clean and welcoming home.
Room will be cleaned and bed linen changed every 8 days stay . Bring your own towels. I have done this before and it has worked very well.
Previous lodgers highly recommend, Stuart worked at Cisco and J at Aviva both a 10 minute walk away. Also near bus route for Winchester, IBM (Hursley) and Southampton.
