I am a friendly sociable, self employed business professional and live with my 23 year old employed son who is sociable and friendly.

We are looking for a friendly and sociable person who also enjoys their own space. The room is on the Ground Floor which allows a high degree of peace and privacy.

I want the lodger to be very happy living here as have the 5 previous lodgers over the past 9 years. It is a very nice room in a well maintained house and you will not be disappointed.
