Room is furnished, with own shower room and own kitchenette. Plus secure parking.
Situated Approx 4 miles from Southampton, 1 mile from M3, in quiet location.
I have 2 dogs, 1 cat all house trained. Also there are horses on and around the farm. So must like animals.
Owner lives on premisses
Would prefer Monday to Friday. As like to clean room and change bedding. Price listed is for 1 person Mon- Fri.-£440 pm would consider short term let for 7 days @ £500 per month.
