I have a large double room to let in my 3 bedroom house in Chineham.
Room has double bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers, tv/dvd etc. House has all amenities including wifi, washing machine, shower, driveway parking and I have a garage if any bike storage is needed.
Chineham is a nice area with easy walking access to shops (Tesco, M & S food) and bus stops, easy driving access to Reading, M4 and M3.
Road is a cul-de-sac and very quiet.
Would prefer someone who is not around at weekends, although the odd weekend or sunday nights is not a problem.
